We do not:

send unsolicited commercial email (UCE, also known as "spam").

have others send UCE, create banner ads, or otherwise advertise on our behalf.

tolerate other sites which send UCE.

buy from vendors which send UCE.

buy from telemarketers, especially not from
automated telemarketers.

relay email.
We do:

block incoming unsolicited commerical email at the server level.

subscribe to several anti-UCE blocking lists.
-
maintain an anti-UCE blocking list of our own.
-
have a strict "opt-in" policy for all of our mailing lists.
-
report spammers to the US Federal Trade Commission uce@ftc.gov.
-
report pyramid schemes and other types of postal fraud to the US Postal Service Inspector fraud@uspis.gov.
-
report "419" (Nigerian) scams to the US Secret Service
419.fcd@usss.treas.gov.
-
report stock scams to the US Securities and Exchange Commissiond enforcement@sec.gov.
This site is located in Washington State, and will exercise its
rights under Washington State law
(RCW 19.190)
to collect damages from senders of unsolicited commercial email.
We do, however, approve of SPAM, the
highly-addictive lunch meat made by that fine company,
Hormel Foods Corporation, and note that
SPAM goes down quite well with a glass of Dom Perignon.
